Bill Payment Methods

Now you can pay on line your bills:

  • Through the new Piraeus Bank winbank easypay service by charging your Visa of MasterCard credit card or Visa Electron debit card issued by any bank or by debiting your Piraeus Bank account without paying any extra fees (call 801 802 803 804 for more info).
  • Through the web-banking services of the following Banks: Eurobank- Ergasias, Marfin- Egnatia, Alpha Bank, National Bank of Greece, Cyprus Bank, Piraeus Bank, Agricultural Bank and Emporiki Bank.

You can, also, pay your bills:


  • At all WIND Stores.
  • At any NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE, ALPHA BANK, ASPIS BANK, EFG EUROBANK-ERGASIAS, AGRICULTURAL BANK, Egnatia Bank , Bank of Cyprus, PROBANK, MARFIN, EMPORIKI & NATIONAL BANK OF GREECE branches providing your bank account details.
  • Using any of the following credit cards: Diners, Visa, Mastercard, Ethnocard, American Express, Eurocard and Emborocard (for further information, please contact the respective branches)
  • Automatically via your bank account (direct debit), following a special agreement with ALPHA BANK, Citibank, Emboriki, National Bank of Greece, ASPIS BANK, Piraeus Bank EFG EUROBANK-ERGASIAS, AGRICULTURAL BANK, Egnatia Bank, Bank of Cyprus, MARFIN & PROBANK. For further information and applications, please contact any WIND Store.
  • Using the APLHA BANK ATM by entering your ATM payment code that is printed on the first page of your bill.
  • Using the PROBANK and NBG ATMs.
  • Through Piraeus Easy Pay automated machines which are located either in selected bank stores or in other selected locations such as KEP, Super Markets and Central Gas Stations. For any transaction you make through Piraeus Easy Pay automated machines located in selected bank stores, you will be charged with the amount of €0.30 and for any other transaction through Piraeus Easy Pay automated machines located in selected locations, you will be charged with the amount of €0.50.
  • In advance you can pay your bills using the phone banking services of the following Banks: Eurobank- Ergasias, Marfin-Egnatia, Alpha Bank, Cyprus & Piraeus,
  • via ATM & Internet Banking of HSBC For information concerning your bill, you can call our Customer Service Dept, 24 hours a day 7 days a week to the numbers: 1260 (with charge € 0,25) accessible from any part of Greece through your mobile. Also 6935601260 with charge throughout Greece and +30693-5601260 for calls initiated abroad.

* We ask for the due payment of your bills and we remind you that on this direction, a direct debit order via credit card is always at your best interest. For applying a direct debit order through your credit card (Visa, Master Card, Ethnocarta, American Express, Eurocard, Emporocarta, Diners) you may fill in the application form that is sited on the back side of your bill and send it to the following fax num: 210 5100108 & 210 5100101. In the same fax a double-faced copy of your id and also of your credit card should be included.
Alternatively you may send your signed request, with your mobile number, name and credit card data mentioned in the text, followed by a double-faced copy of your id and credit card. Finally, you may proceed to any of our WIND Stores with your id and credit card, and activate a direct debit order for your bills.
All transactions made through WIND Stores, Post Office branches or via credit card, are not charged extra. Payments in bank branches are charged with legal expenses. Relevant information can be obtained to bank quiches.

* We would like to inform you that the payments receipt notification to our company by the banks is made within 2-4 working days, by the post offices within 4 days and by the WIND Stores, within the day.

* We also would like to remind you that for your convenience, it would be advisable to pay all your bills on time. If you fail to pay your bill on time, or your business lines are temporarily cut off due to unpaid bills, following your payment you should send to us a copy of the payment receipt with your corporate client code written on it, to the fax num:210 5100101 210 5100108.

If you want your full analysis bill printed and mailed to you, call 13805 from your WIND mobile or fixed line free of charge and choose “2”.
