Service Activation / Deactivation
If you wish to activate or deactivate any service of your mobile phone, you may call at Customer Care Service by dialing 1260 from your mobile phone, charged with 0, 24€ per call, or send your application via fax at 2105100001, attached with a photocopy of your ID.
Alternatively, you may attend any WIND Store to apply for your change.
For companies, the application may be send via fax at 2105100300, attached with association’s notepaper and legal representative’s ID or may attend any WIND Store to apply for the change.
