If you wish to change your billing address, you may send your application via fax at 2105100001, attached with a photocopy of your ID or attend any WIND Store to apply for the address change.
Bbest customers may send the application via fax at 2105100300, attached with association’s notepaper and legal representative’s ID or may attend any WIND Store to apply for billing address change.

If you wish to change your DOY, you may send your application via fax at 2105100001, attached with a photocopy of your ID or attend any WIND Store to apply for the DOY change.
For companies, the application may be send via fax at 2105100300, attached with association’s notepaper and legal representative’s ID or may attend any WIND Store to apply for DOY change.

If you wish to change your AFM, you may attend any WIND Store to apply for the change, having with you all the necessary documents (ID card/ document in proof AFM)
Companies may attend any WIND Store to apply for the AFM change, having with them all the necessary documents (the Articles of Association of the Company or the Issue of the Official Gazette, notepaper & legal representative’s ID)
