Number portability

Mobile Number Portability (MNP) is the service with which a subscriber can change network keeping the same number, including the prefix (eg. 693- xxxxxxx).

 
If you wish to transfer your mobile phone number in WIND’s network, the procedure is simple:

• You can call 13846 from your mobile 24 hrs (free of charge) or you can visit any WIND point of sale in order to declare the appropriate requested data and submit a portability request.
• WIND will forward your MNP application to your current network for confirmation and will keep you informed about the portability process.
• As soon as your application is approved, you will receive a new WIND SIM card and the appropriate documents, either at the same point of sale where you submitted your request, or through courier delivery service (in case you applied by calling 13846).
• The procedure will be completed within 10 working days (or 15, upon your request), when you replace your old SIM card with the new WIND SIM card.
