The below information is provided by WIND exclusively to update subscribers according to the information WIND gets by the following service providers. Although WIND makes every possible effort to ensure that such information is updated, cannot guarantee this. For this reason, please visit the website of the service provider, to get complete information for the services and their pricing.
Especially for SMS Services 2 types of services are provided:
a. Charges for outgoing SMS
Subscribers are charged for the outgoing SMS they send to the five-digit short code. Messages received by the subscriber from the five digit short code (sender) are free.
b. Charges for incoming SMS (Subscription service)
The premium charge services that support subscription services charge the client is charged a fee once and for all and / or per week, per two weeks or per month to receive content. If a customer is subscribed, the cost of the SMS seen on the customer’s bill is that of the incoming SMS. Registration can be done with one of the following ways:
Via SMS (may be free or charged): Registration is completed when customer sends the confirmation message
Via the website of the company: Registration is completed with the introduction of PIN in the corresponding Web service.
The PIN code is sent to subscriber’s mobile phone after the introduction of the phone number in the website in order to verify that the specific number was entered on the site by the owner of the number.
WIND advise the subscribers that make use of 3rd party services to not record the number of their mobile phone on sites, unless they have carefully read the site first and especially all terms and conditions under which the service that interests them is provided. Ads for free offers or participation in lotteries, may accompany a subscription.
To delete from a 3rd party subscription service you have to send a message with «STOP» command to the short code from which you receive messages.
In this case, the third company that owns the service will return a message confirming the deletion of the service or will ask you to send additional information/keyword about the service that you want to delete (eg stop ring tones).

Finally, we inform you that you have the option of blocking for premium charge services. Specifically, you may ask to block:
1) Regarding SMS short codes 54XXX and 19XXX series you can apply for block for the:
specific code(s)
complete set of codes 54XXX or 19XXX
all codes 54XXX and 19XXX
2) Regarding the voice services (901-909) or voice codes, you can request blocking for:
specific lines (tens or thousands as shown below) or specific 14XXX codes
all voice lines ranging from 901 and / or 909 or 14XXX/14XX
Furthermore, to disable the blocking so you can regain access to the services for which you previously requested blocking please send your request by fax at 210-5100001 with a photocopy of your ID.
