1500 minutes to WIND and Q’

  • ‘1500 minutes to WIND and Q’ service are available for new Hybrid customers only at the monthly charge of 8€ which is automatically deducted from the plans’ embedded value.
  • Service activation and deactivation can be made at a WIND Store or by calling WIND Customer Care at 1260 (€0.25/call)
  • The 1.500 minutes will be automatically renewed each month (on the day the embedded value is renewed) unless the user de-activates the service. Any minutes not consumed within the billing month are not transferred to the next month.
  • To find out what the remaining balance from the ‘1500 minutes to WIND and Q’  call 1268 free of charge (option 4)
  • The 1.500 minutes are consumed per second with minimum call duration of 3 minutes.
  • In case of transfer to a Postpaid or Prepaid plan, the service is automatically lost. In case of transfer to another Hybrid plan, the service remains activated.
  • If a user is barred for outgoing calls or does not have sufficient credit to purchase the service on the day the 1.500 are scheduled to be renewed then he/she will loose the service on that given month.
